3500 keeps restarting...
« on: July 26, 2016, 11:54:20 AM »
My 3500 has developed a strange behavior.  While mowing, it will turn off and display the message "restarting in # seconds."  After restarting, it will mow for a little (Maybe 5 minutes) then repeat the restarting behavior.  It usually happens when the mower is backing away from the border.  I've also noticed that on a couple occasions it has spun itself outside of the wire border on flat/level sections of the lawn.

Any troubleshooting ideas or fixes are very much appreciated.

Interesting...  I have not heard of that particular error before.

Help me understand - you said LB3500, do you mean the original LB3500 sold in 2009 or do you actually have an LB3510 or LB3510 Brushless?

Nevertheless, since the issue happens near the border most of the time, it could be a hint that the problem is a signal issue.  Send your email address to info@paradiserobotics.com and I will email you our signal troubleshooting guide.
