professional not acting professional

  hi, new thing with professional.. doesnt show if its charging, just goes to pause.. while in charging station, push charge, dont come out.. push pause, syncs up IN station, tries to go forward in station.. take out of station, go through cycle, blade doesnt turn, but bot goes to wire & back to station... readout in station said SYNC 01.. PLEASE HELP.. :'( :'( :'(

Same reason as my answer to your 11/27 post, robot is not detecting it is in the base.  It is either the nuts and plates have to be shined up to eliminate oxidation, or there is an alignment issue that is causing the nuts to not hit the plates when the robot enters the base.

hi, bot does not come out of charging station.. if i take it out, & press start, it syncs up & mows.. after mowing, it returns to house, hits back of house, (inside), & starts cycle over.. plates are clean, bot goes into house straight..  hmmmmmm..? :-\ :-\

Hi Whitey, sorry for the trouble.  Take a look at the date and time.  It could be that the battery failed on the motherboard and that will make the robot think it is a different time than it actually is.

Also, what happens when you press the "Charge" button to make it come out?

In another post, Whitey reported the issue was caused by a loose wire on the charging plate.  Good to know!
