Where can I find the latest (looks like maybe it was late last year?) upgrade software for the lawnbott?

It would appear the latest software update is January 2011.

Here is some info.  http://forums.robomower.biz/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3838

You will need USB cable, LawnBott Client Software, and a windows computer.

can we find out what the changes are and if Paradise will be supporting this upgrade?

Hi, we always recommend performing upgrades with the help of your dealer.  New versions of the software may not be compatible with old motherboards.  We have also seen motherboards get damaged by attempting to revert to an old version.  Rule of thumb - if your Lawnbott is working fine, don't upgrade the software.  If you think you need an upgrade, contact your dealer for assistance.

As for support, customers who purchased from us receive support and software upgrades free.  Others, unfortunately, we have to charge a fee since our time is valuable.  Software upgrade pricing is a nominal $20.00, including phone support.  Support is always free in the forum, though :)

PS, you should order the programming cable from us ($27.95 + shipping).  You might find incompatibilities with off-the-shelf cables.
