Making a chore into a hobby
« on: April 22, 2010, 02:05:18 PM »
I would like to start a thread about how much fun these bots can be.
My chore of mowing has become a hobby as sure as if I set up a giant train set in me backyard.
I have found something more I can do to add a unique flare to my installation.
Check out the dragon!
KA was interested in using my experience as a testimonial and it is posted here:

For those of you who have come over from our old chat room, you may recall the avatar I used was a picture of the dragon.

Wow, and I thought just watching 'Jr' mow the lawn while we sat in our porch swing was neat.  You have taken it to a whole new level.  How do we post something like that on this forum??

That's just nuts!  (awesome idea)  I think I'd leave the inside mowing to a push mower since I can't imagine how long it takes the bot to wonder around something like that aimlessly to get it all.

I used to use a pushmower to cut inside the design, but it broke.
