3510 Caster failure - after 3500 caster failure

So last year my 3500 caster failed when the wheel fell off it's axle after <500 hours. Today I went out and found my 3510 with just a couple hundred easy hours on it had the caster assembly just pop off in it's entirety. I can just put it back on but it'll just fall off so I'll see what lawnbott wants to do and maybe try and lock it on somehow.

 The one that is still together looks like it is just one piece but maybe it was brazed or soldered in place.

So check your casters on both the 3500 and 3510. 3500 for wobbling because the wheel falls off the axle and the 3510 for wobbling because the caster assembly falls off the bott

Lawnbott has new casters this year for the 3510.  Everyone who got the upgrade last year should have received casters from KA.  If you purchased a new 3510 or got the upgrade and did not receive the new casters, contact your dealer.

Unfortunately my original dealer is out of business and I guess KA hates me because I had to notify them that my casters fell off before they sent me my news ones  
I believe I got the new ones now though and they look much better. It looks like the axle is a couple mm longer so it actually goes through the whole and then is brazed on the other side. Looks like a much stronger design of course I may be biased since the old design failed quickly for me.
