 my professional leaves house when not programmed to do so.. i redid the program, but it still does it.. after it leaves when not programmed , it follows the wire back to the house..(charging station)  any ideas?? thanx

It could be that the keypad has gone bad.  The charge button could be activating on its own.

Pressing charge while the robot is in the station makes it come out to mow.  But, if it not within the mowing window, it will immediately drive back on the wire.   You might also see it return early while mowing because the charge button will send the robot back to the charger.

Take a close look at the button.  If it appears flattened, most likely that is the cause.

If the button seem ok, and this behavior still occurs, then you should take a look at the time and date in the menu.  It is possible the battery on the motherboard has died and it no longer remembers the current time.  If it does not remember the current time correctly, it will come out at a different time.

I know someone who had this problem once before and will ask him how to work around it (other than changing the battery).  It is not easy to change the battery on the motherboard (it requires electronics skills).
