Naming the Bott
« on: February 10, 2014, 06:53:37 AM »
Hey AekaGSR,

Here is a name for your boot…… 'The Brat'

Just think of the conversations you can have when talking to people about how nice your lawn looks.

Yea, the Brat does a pretty good job, doesn't he?   He lives out back, what to go meet him?  The Brat even mows during the rain sometimes…… on and on it can go……

Enjoy…. Toolbelt

BTW want do the rest of you folks call your bott?  Mine is 'Junior'

LOL!!  Very funny...

We've had a few names over the years for various robots.  I like to let the kids name our robots.  The first one was Mr. Lawnbott (LB3200).  Then we sold Mr. Lawnbott to a guy in Florida and we replaced him with Mrs. Lawnbott (LB3500).  I think she went to Florida, too (can't remember).  She had a hard time on our brutal hills.

Then we got a hold of an old Evolution model.  We will run it until it croaks.  The kids didn't name it.  How about "One Foot in the Grave"?

We are due for a new one.  We are considering the new LB85EL because it is supposed to be best on hills of all of the new models.  Look mom - no wheelies!  TeeHee...   ;)

My wife named our  green 3510 Keroppi.  She wanted a Hello Kitty 3200 (Hello Kitty originally was red she says), but I convinced her that the 3510 was smarter to handle our complex yard!  So, Keroppi it is!
