Title: 3210 Front Wheels
Post by: AGR on June 06, 2010, 06:16:36 PM
Has anyone taken apart the front wheels on a 3210? There is a set of barrings set in grease. Mine are 'crunchy' and do not roll smoothly. I wonder if they can be repacked, and if so how, if they need to be re-greased on a regular basis and if so what is a good grease to use. If you have never taken off your wheels, do it some rainy day and look at the buildup and junk that gets caught up in there.

I'd call KA and talk to Vishal.  I had some bad wheels on my 3500 and he sent me out some new ones, but he might be able to instruct you to clean them.

I've taken them apart and cleaned them myself.  You could try that first.
