Post by: shep874 on September 27, 2012, 01:44:25 PM
Billie is an Artiest.. Been a long time coming I laid this a year ago but do to health unable to finish until  this year.

How I did this:  copied picture onto graph paper. ! inch square divided into 1/4 inch squares.  I then laid out a one foot grid on  my yard, Pegs and string worked great.  I now used the graph sketch to guide me as to were to lay the wire.  With the wire firmly in place removed the string pegs and string..  Found grass paint as and painted it as just the height in grass did not show up to well.  Just a note Grass Paint is pricey..  I got this idea from someone in MN that had made a dragon.  Would like to see some of you do this...  Now I need to lay some nitrogen down to green up the grass..
