Title: Another Season
Post by: toolbelt on March 21, 2012, 04:22:21 PM
Started Jr. up for his 6 season at noon today.  Back yard lawn is looking great -- as usual after he gets done.  Don't know about the rest of you but we only got 3/4 inch of snow the whole winter.  Not enough to even cover the grass. It's been 60 and above for the past few weeks.  The dogwoods are blooming, rhododendron are also in full bloom.  Love it!!

You must be further South than I...Yard is still covered in snow!
Hopefully in a few weeks Bubba can get back to work...

Live less than 50 miles from Ground Zero, near the bay, but surrounded by big heat producing systems that put up a wall of heat to any approaching storms.  They just hit the wall, go around and reform on the other side.  Even rain storms do that so we see dry spells while others are flooding out.  Junior really has the lawn looking good and I'm NOT doing it!!!  I do have to weed whack tomorrow but ya can't have everything, right?  Our biggest problem is wondering while he is mowing if he's going to get a spot that he missed.
