Title: Glad we have RobotLady!!

Yesterday, when it was time for Junior to start mowing, he backed out and as soon as the charger nuts cleared the charger plates the display turned off and he stopped dead in his tracts.   Put him back into the charger and the display turned back on with all of the data being displayed.  Pulled him back out and he went dead, no display, nothing!!

After quite a few emails back and forth with RobotLady it was determined that Junior needs a new battery.  The charger voltage was 29.5 and his voltage read 25.  Fuses checked out okay.  As I said after quite a few emails of check this, do this, etc.... did I mention the patience  that she has..... a new battery is on it's way.  RobotLady, you have restored my faith that there are still a few people in business who will not rip you off.

Thanks, Toolbelt!!  I would never want someone to purchase the wrong part and waste time and money on shipping.  It has been my pleasure to help you get Junior running again...  :)
